ETV will never renew your subscription to member benefits automatically. To renew as a member, simply repurchase your desired plan when it expires.

We now use Zeffy to process payments. Zeffy is used specifically by non-profits to eliminate transaction fees – ensuring every penny of your support goes to us.

Please note: Zeffy relies on donations to operate. At the end of the form, you will be asked to donate. A donation to Zeffy is not required to purchase a membership at ETV. Any money donated to Zeffy will not go to the studio. If you do not wish to donate to Zeffy, select “other” in the drop-down menu of your order summary, and enter “$0” in the donation field.

Members interested in producing content at ETV should contact Studio Manager Connor Thornberg at cthornberg@easthaven.tv. We encourage members interested in producing content to attend training sessions for video production. Our training is designed to both empower members with technical skills and increase their confidence in media production.

In serving the needs of the public, the ETV staff is happy to assist with basic challenges and / or questions when needed. However, our staff should not be considered producers of your media content. Members looking for additional or extensive amounts of assistance should speak with an ETV staff member about partnering, hiring, or otherwise working with us in a professional capacity. Our Services page has more information.
